Excellent quality

Horrible experience!! Don’t shop here or purchase this, use another vender! I purchased this item and the countertop was cracked. Couldn’t get a new one as they said on back order until at least May. Decided to return and they gave me a pick up day. Also, I have to wait for pick up for refund. I took the day off to wait for truck to pick up and waited at the window during my delivery window of 12-6. While sitting there, I find I have an email from wayfair stating the driver called and no answer (he had wrong number) and waited at residence for 10 min. Outright lie. No one was there and they even gave the time as 12:02 and I was there waiting! No truck ever came. So I called and they couldn’t send him back and I’d just have to wait and reschedule which means another day off work as they only give a 12-6 window. And it cannot be scheduled for a day before the 48 hour wait window. I asked again if they could please come tomorrow as it was their error and they refused. So I have the large item blocking the hallway, no sink/vanity/running water, no way to get a new one in as the other sits and waits! This is totally unacceptable. So it’s Wednesday and I have to wait until Saturday for pickup of the broken item THEY sent me! Will they show on Saturday? Who knows!?!? Take you business elsewhere!! Buyer beware!

We have shopped all kinds of vanities. Ariel is the best. From its all wood structure, sturdiness, and beauty of the vanity. It came in time and was exactly as we ordered. Looks great in our bathroom remodel. I definitely recommend Ariel and will use them again
