It has one annoying problem. If you lift both seats at once the hinge design causes the bottom seat to pop off its hinge pivot. It goes back on easily but the top bracket to the lid hits the bottom seat causing the bottom seat to pop off. If you lift the top lid by itself then the bottom seat its OK. You can put the top and bottom seats down together. If the designer had put an ark to the top lid's bracket this would not happen. It is the wife's bathroom so I just remember to do one seat at a time. A design slip.

Not real happy it seems to be missing some padding and has some creases on the seat which won’t come out as they’re deep

Too thin padded, plastic hinges popped toilet seat in and out, returned it

I didn't like the toilet seat. It looked cheap, so I return the toilet seat.

It is very cute and I think it would be great in a guest bathroom. The seat it self is soft and comfortable. Sadly it didn’t fit on my toilet. I recommend measuring your toilet beforehand. It came with the tools to unscrew and change out.
