This is a beautiful bathtub. The price is awesome for what you get. I love the shape as it is soft in a very square area in our bathroom. It’s super deep and the husband and I can both fit in it well. It does have a bit of a narrow center so it’s a little tight in the middle with both of us in there, but still plenty of room. Really nice clean lines. I like that I could choose the color of the stopper. I picked the gold color. I wish that the tub overflow was also gold but it came in silver. This review is with respect to the horrid customer service I have received from Wayfair and its affiliates. I scheduled a "room of choice" delivery for this tub (given the size and weight). My initial delivery date was rescheduled as I was told that more than two people were needed to deliver this tub, yet, on the rescheduled date, only two men were there to deliver the tub. When entering my home, the men dropped the tub, not only damaging the tub, but my home as well. After dropping the tub, I was given an ultimatum: sign this waiver, or we will not perform room-of-choice delivery (upstairs). So I signed the waiver. Now, not only will Wayfair's insurance company not open a claim to pay for the damage to my home, Wayfair will not provide more than a 20% discount on the damaged tub. I am out more than $2,000 on this bathtub and the damage to my home. This has been the most awful experience. Our client chose this corner tub for his project. It's a beautiful tub however, there are a few challenges that came with it. The overflow drain only came in one color which did not match his shower trim kit (we had to devise a solution for a matching overflow). In addition, because the back of the tub has a rounded edge it made a glass enclosure more costly which is why this client decided to go with a shower curtain rod.. Shannon. Dallas, TX.
