We're very happy with the polished brass kitchen faucet. However, it wasn't the easiest to install because the directions weren't detailed enough. Also, the handles weren't set up correctly -- they worked backward which means to turn off the water, you had to move the faucet handle forward towards yourself. To correct the situation, the "Problems Shooting" chart said "Rotate the right stem stop assembly 180 degrees". That was all the direction it gave. My question is why weren't the faucets assembled correctly in the first place?! Other than that, the product itself seems very well made and adds a stylish look to our kitchen. I'd rate this a 4.5 if I could!!

Perfect fit and easy to install. The colour and look is as pictured.

Very good, although one the stems were too short for a stone counter, nor was there a cap to block the extension for a hose that I didn’t want. So had to improvise.
