Had to replace o ring when I first installed it. The one it came with was bad. Doesn’t stay tight at all. Have to keep tightening everything on it all the time.

drips right out of the box.... that is why I never left a review. Hubby was irritated having installed it to have it leak. He was so upset, that he forbade me to replace this faucet. I have successfully used this brand before, so it may be a one off instance. The faucet spout is oversized, yet does nto have the reach that my old one had. It took me a bit to get used to seeing it in my kitchen...a real "presence".
