Just had this installed today. It looks nice, but my plumber said he was not impressed with the design functionality and showed me a couple spots to keep an eye on for potential leaks. But he did say it looked nice. It didn't come with a deck plate, but I was able to use the one from the faucet that was replaced. I'm still adjusting to the learning curve of controlling the water, both pressure and temp, from the side. The sprayer has two settings for milder and heavier sprays, which I really like. So, this being a new install, the jury is still out as to whether it will have 5 stars or not. Even on sale it was a little pricey--and the plumber cost about half the price of the faucet. A spendy exercise for sure.
