I bought this faucet 3 years ago, and it's been great, until now. The plastic inner part that allows it to swivel between the two sinks broke and it needs to be replaced. I don't know, but I would think it should have lasted longer than 3 years. I really loved the design and the look of the chrome, it cleaned up very well too. But overall, the product is mostly plastic pieces and could be better quality.

Beautiful finish and elegant design. Rinse hose detaches easily and slides smoothly.

We ordered this faucet as it was the same one we had before and loved it. We had it for 13 years! Thrilled to find it half price on Wayfair!

Kohler had never let me down in the past so as a part of a major kitchen remodel I purchased this Faucet to only find that after 1 week the spray/stream buttons on the handle are in a locked position so I have only have a combination of stream/spray (not just one or the other). Unfortunately I found that all my new major appliances each had some kind of quality control issue but with the US bar for product quality now being set at the low leverl of "mediocrity" rather than "excellence" of the past I'm not surprised. Why didn't I return it? I'd pay $100 to have it dismantled for the return and another $100+ to have it installed again making this a very expensive faucet.
