My husband was able to install it and he said the directions were easy to install and did not take too long to do. The seat itself feels nice and elegant for a toilet seat. I love the quiet close feature and cool features of the seat. From the heated seat and led lights, it really hits the marks for a high tech toilet seat. Remote is easy to use and understand. Compared to other bidets I have in my house, this is the best one by far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was not too bad to install this, though I ended up having a new outlet installed closer to my toilet to support this vs using an extension cord. It fits on my elongated toilet and works really well and is something I never knew I needed. Temp control is awesome for the water and seat. The drying is ok, more for rear and does not replace tp imo. It's not too loud either. I want to have bidet seats on all the toilets in my house now!

This one does the unimaginable. It washes you clean unlike any other toilet. I feel clean and comfortable after using it. Water prsssure is perfect too. Very comfortable and practical at the some time. Assemble was not too painful. You will need an electric outlet near by as this does require to be plugged in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Kohler PureWash E835 bidet toilet seat free in exchange for my honest review and I have to be honest, WOW! At first I gor a good chuckle- a bidet seat? This seat would have served me well about a year ago when I had my hemorrhoidectomy in March of 2025 and had to rely on a Sitz bath for my aftercare as a mom of two who has alos lost 200lbs (botj childbirth and obesity contribute to hemorrhoids), but what the heck, bidets are the future of hygiene, so I figured let's give it a try! Plus, what women doesn't love a little bit of luxury in her bathroom?! My husband was pleasantly surprised by how easy this was to setup, especially considering I enlisted him to do so when this showed up in the mail out of the blue! Surprise, babe, free bidet seat! The cord on the seat is only 36" long, is located on the right side, and it DOES say to INSTALL a dedicated GROUNDED outlet by your toilet. Now, we have a grounded outlet just out of sight in the picture so it works perfectly but be aware of that! It took all of 20 minutes to hook up, plug in, and power on! (My sole feedback would be to make the little housing box the cord comes out of maybe have a way to snap open and switch the sides the cord can come out of? That way you can position it a bit better.) From there the instructions are very easy! The bidet seat has SO many fancy features such as a heated seat, 3 spraying angles and pressures, it can do front & back cleaning, IT CAN DRY YOU, as well as be programmed for up to 3 users! It also has massage mode which, personally, sounds like it would be nice for the post-op care I mentioned above, once I had been a little further healed, to help promote blood flow and tissue healing. Once it was installed I hopped right on and gave many of the modes a try, I'm not a shy lady! LOL! The seat warmed VERY quickly and was so toasty it was awesome! The water, when cool, wasn't shockingly cold, and when warm was great! The soray pressures were gentle to just enough to clean you and the hardest (featured on the back of the remote, shown as "boost" seems like it would ABSOLUTELY get you clean, even after the worst of bathroom experiences without "stripping the paint" if you get what I mean! As you can see from my picture we have a TINY bathroom and it resides in a tiny house (1088 sq ft), in a tiny town. We're just an average American family who lives within their means, who is working on making small improvements to their home, and the bathroom IS on that list for later this year. But until something BIG can be done, like a new shower or sink fixture, adding something quick and fairly affordable like this Kohler bidet seat is a small luxury that REALLY makes even the tiniest bathroom feel much more luxe! For all the bells and whistles this seat comes with, and how quickly it installs, I'd say the pricepoint is quite fair for a brand like Kohler! Now, in a household with 2 boys and husband, we'll see how long this wonderous thing holds up! It feels nice and sturdy, but I'll be keeping tabs on the longevity of the plastic, the quality, etc. It's been 2 months and it's going strong, but I'm waiting to see how it fairs after a year! Only time will tell! Keep your fingers crossed! (And cheeks clenched!) Though, it DOES come with a 3-year limited warranty which is much longer than many products today which only offer 6 months to a year so that offers a lovely peace of mind.
