I was a bit anxious about ordering something like this by mail, but everything worked out perfectly. The faucet is a work of art, and I saved hundreds of dollars from the cost at a well known kitchen/bathroom store near us. Many thanks.

Touchless works very well. The pull down faucet is not good quality. If you pull down the sprayer you physically have to put the sprayer back up inside the faucet. The faucet always shows finger prints & water marks no matter how often you clean it. Would not order this colour again & faucet as the quality is poor. Not worth the money.
