Anytime I now have issues with Wayfair deliveries they pawn me off to either the logistics company or the original manufacturer to remedy the issue and it’s been an absolute nightmare. Really disappointed because the whole point of me using Wayfair was to deal with one person in the event an issue where to arise it’s really sad because I used to tell everyone please use Wayfair. It’s easy, not so much anymore.
