I ordered two of these for the primary bath in my home. One arrived with a slight manufacturers defect that made it impossible to install. I dealt directly with the manufacturer who made it right quickly by sending a new part.

We have not get installed it but the faucet is beautiful. Seems to be solid construction (very heavy). I can’t wait to finish the remodel and get this installed.
