• 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄⫸ All covers must be ORDERED BY FILTER SIZE! Do not measure your existing cover. If you are unsure about which size to purchase, please send us a message. Our return air covers are made-to-order and are considered custom orders; we DO NOT take any returns or exchanges unless they have been damaged while shipping or have manufacturer issues. We are not responsible for the wrong dimensions given by the contractors or customers. P.O. BOXES will NOT be accepted.
• 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐘𝐏𝐄𝐒⫸ INSIDE: The inside layout will sit inside a metal frame box with the metal lip still exposed. We recommend this for ceiling installations. FLUSH: The flush layout is if you do not have a lot of space around the metal frame (maybe because you have moulding around or a trim door is right next to it). WRAPAROUND: This layout covers the metal frame box with a nice-looking wood frame.

• 𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐋⫸ We use high-quality natural wood material that is moisture and heat-resistant and suitable to decorate vent covers in walls or ceilings all around your house, apartment, or office space. All our decorative return air grilles come unfinished in natural wood, so customers can paint or stain them in a colour of their choice. The pictures displayed give you an idea of what you can do with the Stellar vent cover decoration.
• 𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐘 𝐓𝐎 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐋⫸ For most installations, no assembly is required. Remove your current air intake cover, take your new Stellar decorative air return grille, and line it up over the air intake box. The snap-in magnets will attach themselves to your air intake box. A metal box is included with your order in case you need to replace your existing box. The metal frame box will be inserted in the drywall and it will expend 1 1/2" on your wall, so make sure you have at least 1 1/2" of space from the edge of the opening to the base moulding or chair moulding in order to fit a Inside or Flush Layout. You will need 2" of space around the duct opening for the Wraparound layout. We are not responsible if your existing metal air box is damaged, bent, or broken, preventing our covers from being properly installed.
