I actually wanted to return this since it didn’t quite work for us. Needless to say we will be keeping it since it will cost $11 to send back. Will definitely factor in those costs before ordering in the future.

Awww. So pretty but totally unusable because we failed to see that this beautifully crafted doorbell will only work with a hard wired ring system. So,we need to contact the SellerArtisan to let him know and see if it is returnable. We had really looked forward to adding this to our porch. Very disappointed. Thought it might work with just a chime we could buy, but nope. Electrician says we would need to rewire that section of our house. So darn it. Very sorry. Viqui Mark

Color is more turquoise than the emerald green pictured. I wanted to return it but would have to pay 8 bucks to return disappointed in the return policy. Pretty but turquoise doesn’t go as well with brick color.
