Alma Walnut Wood Floating Shelf

The shelf arrived with one of the front facing corners damaged. I reached out through Wayfair customer service and haven't heard anything from the company yet. Also, the product specifications say wood type: solid wood. And "Crafted from solid walnut wood." The shelf is not solid wood. It is a hollow core shelf with wood veneer. Which would be fine, but not as advertised and not worth the $$$. I'm disappointed.

Where did this item arrive damaged. To replacement also was damaged on arrival.

Beautiful walnut mantel! Ordered it ready to mount, took no time at all. I love the color with the clear stain on walnut. Would definitely recommend!

Wood was slightly lighter than expected. Packaging was very good to protect it from any mishaps in the delivery phase of it. Would certainly recommend this for anyone looking for a nice clean shelf!
