Enliven Multi Function Handheld Shower Head 21718SRN

I replaced an old handheld shower with this one and I am very impressed with the way it works. It does an excelent job, giving you a powerful stream of water. It's like using a hotel shower! ! !

Liked it for first year. Now the hose has a hole in it and I'm here running in circles trying to find one.

Like others on this site reviewing the plastic holder and diverter switch is broken after three months of moderate adult usage. For the life of me I will not EVER understand why an intergral part is cast in plastic and thread to a metal part. Failure will happen here. Just hope the honor the warranty.

Bought the older version in 2011. I wanted a variety of sprays from massaging to concentrated centered full force and this fits the bill. It works flawlessly and cleans nicely. Only dropped a star for the hose (seems metal/Teflon plastic) started to leak at end of where you screw it on. Over time hose became slightly stiff despite me being disabled with one limb limited to use, the functionality was fine.

product looks good in the package. plastic will probably break sooner than later. has been hanging in shower for over a month and hose is stiff as a board and will not straighten out. not worth the price
