Very nice quality. Comfortable seating. The suggested backrests were not as comfortable as without for my husband. He is enjoying it.

Easy to install, looks great, and works without any problems as one would expect with a Moen faucet.

Was expecting better quality

Purchased in 2017 when I updated my tub/shower. Have noticed, for the past few years, black specks floating in bath water. In 2026, investigation determined the cause must be a breakdown of the rubber o-ring or gasket in model 1222 cartridge for this faucet. Changing the cartridge seems difficult and may require a plumber. Shouldn’t Moen use gaskets that do not breakdown? Now I just need to figure out how to change the cartridge. Hopefully it will solve the problem.

I've had this Single-Handle Tub/Shower Faucet since 2014 (10 years now). It was professionally installed by a licensed plumber. Around year 2 or 3 the cartridge stared to fail. Moen replaced it for free. Ever since then all the new replacement cartridges fail in less than a year. Moen stopped repalcing them for free. The time a cost to maintain this faucet is ridiculous and time to find a now model or dare I say a new brand.
