I used the dolly about eight times and just this past weekend the ball bearings fell out of one of the wheels! I thought this tool was made stronger than it was. And I hope there is a warranty?

A very clever tool. It is very sturdy. Two people are necessary to load a panel onto this and to steer it. it is adjustable for panel thickness but once a heavy panel is loaded adjustment becomes difficult to impractical.
