I’m very happy with the Stonecraft 5mm Thick 20" x 20" Vinyl. The quality exceeded my expectations. It's thick, sturdy, and has a realistic stone look that instantly upgraded the space. The 5mm thickness makes it feel durable and not flimsy like some other vinyl tiles I’ve tried. Although the product was delayed during shipping, Wayfair handled the situation extremely well. Their customer service kept me informed, responded quickly, and made sure the issue was resolved without any hassle. The communication and support really made a difference and showed they stand behind their orders. Once the product arrived, it was well-packaged and in perfect condition.

This is great tile, BUT. I ordered on 2/13, it didn't arrive within a month, the robot cancelled the order and placed a re-order. It arrived 3/20 and is installed, I like it. Then on 4/23, I find another order of tile on my porch. The robot gave me return shipping labels and said my refund would be issued after they receive the return and deduct $102 for return shipping How would you rate this transaction?
