The Prime-Line N 6656 Bi Fold Non-Mortise Hinges are used by a variety of bi fold doors manufacturers to replace missing or damaged hinges on wood bi-fold doors. This two pack of hinges have a cut-out that allows for a non-mortise installation. Made of a stamped steel construction, this folding closet door hardware has a brass plated finish. I was expecting brass hinges, however these have slight color variations in them. If you look closely at the picture you can see the pale reds and browns. So they look just like the picture. I was using them on plantation shutters that are only opened to clean or clean the window, so I used them. I wouldn't want these for any door, etc., where the hinges would be seen. Other than that, very sturdy.
