• Centre of the rail must be mounted at 102 in. H (from the floor).
• 107 in. H x 16 in. unfinished ready-to-assemble Maple ladder can be painted, stained, or left as is to coordinate with your décor.
• Exclusive braking bottom wheels limit ladder movement while standing on a ladder, the brakes will engage when as little as 75 lbs. is applied.
• Rolling Hook hardware has only ONE wheel on the top to allow the ladder to be removed easily from the track
• Great for use on multiple walls to pick up ladders and move from rail-to-rail applications.
• The ladder can be stored on the railing or removed when not in use.
• Pro Tip: The ladder in the stored position is 7 in. from the centre of the rail to the top of the ladder, when the ladder is in the climbing position there is 3 in. from the centre of the rail to the top of the ladder.
• In the climbing position, the ladder's rolling wheels are approximately 28 in. from the wall.
