• Ladder hardware system features exclusive braking wheels that utilizes a spring to lock the wheel which prevents the ladder from moving left or right when a user steps onto the ladder, the break activates at appx 125lbs and can be adjusted down to 70lbs on site.
• Pro tip: the ladder in the stored position is 7 in. From the centre of the rail to the top of the ladder, when the ladder is in the climbing position there is 3 in. From the centre of the rail to the top of the ladder.
• Great for using on multiple walls to pick up ladder and move from rail to rail applications
• Ladder can be stored on the railing or removed when not in use
• Do not mount rail brackets directly onto a drywall surface, always mount brackets to solid wood, predrilling the holes is advisable to avoid splitting the wood
• In the climbing position, the ladder's rolling wheels are approximately 28 in. from the wall.
