For the money and as a newbie Blacksmith, this Anvil works perfectly for me. The Pritchel hole is way to large, I had to weld in a .500 spacer for my holdfasts and other blacksmith tooling.

After fedex lost it for a week it arrived undamaged. It was well packaged in a sturdy crate. It only had a few spots that were patched with bondo before paint so it looked pretty good for what it is. I built a base for it as no stumps were available around here. I havent used it yet as I am looking into the purchase of a propane type forge and some basic tools. I have read many reports online about vevor products and will likely order one of their forges when I decide which one. I would say at this point the anvil is perfect for an entry level hobbiest and above.

I was about to give only three stars because you are almost forcing me to write this review by sending email reminders without any opt out option and asking for more than 100 characters. Stop doing this, you're going to end up with bad reviews. Great Anvil though.

Anvil arrived in a wooden crate in great shape. No dings at all. The Pritchel hole is not usable as is, but I knew that would be the case. Rebound is good.
