Helmsley Single Dummy Door Knob

I purchased 10 privacy models, then purchase 2 more that were non privacy. Though Wayfair attempted to make it right, it took 4 different requests to get the right parts. I wouldn't recommend buying from this supplier. 4 times having something wrong doesn't seem coincidental.
