I loved. It’s very good and cool the room fast. Still not hot in new York yet but let see how it works in summers. The only reason I don’t give five stars, it’s because had scratches in the front of the Air Conditioner. Sometimes when I put on the Air Conditioner not start only the light is on. Plus the thing of the window was too long and I needed to cut. It’s very if the company put two sides different for the window parts.

Seems very well made but wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Even though it’s portable it still needs to be vented which we didn’t want. We are returning it.

Great product, good air system. I’ve purchase several items from Wayfair and and all the purchases were in great condition, assembled easy and the prices were unbelievable. Thanks Wayfair I also purchased a small refrigerator to sit outdoors for ices and ice cream for the kids for the summer and they love the fact that it’s outside and they can share with friends and well as my neighbor.

Came on time and well packages, fits nicely behind the corner TV stand. Currently waiting the full 24 hours before turning on the compressor, so far so good.

SO FAR SO GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE STALLED ALOT TRAVEL PROCESS .EVERONE DOSENT HAVE AND UTILIZE THE FED X UPS USPS APP LIKE I DO ..BUT THE TRAVEL TIME STALLED .AND WAS SENT TO ME ABRUPTLY AFTER CHECKOUT .THNK U
