this is a replacement for the 1st one shipped and returned due to a dent in the swing arm. the replacement was sent in a timely manner, however the post that fits into the swing arm wasn't secured (I wouldn't have know that the post should have been secured if I hadn't received the first one and this is not to be confused with how the post fits into the mounting base via a set screw) Also, the unfinished side of the mount base shows signs of rust. I secured the post with glue; it works fine and looks great installed but I wonder what type of quality control is in place here?

Excellent quality! The toilet paper holder and matching hand towel holder are very heavy and well made. Worth spending a little extra to get this type of quality. I would recommend.
