Wayfair delivered the item but in the wrong finish. I think it is unfair that I need to pay for the return shipping even though it was Wayfair's problem. It looks great, and I re-ordered it in the correct finish.

This toilet paper holder is in good quality. The base of this is heavy. It is obviously made by metal. The hook is also metal. I could tell from its weight.
