The fireplace heater makes the glass rattle and periodically it won’t turn on.

The fireplace was perfect and was packaged well. Works and looks great!

Overall I’m happy with it!! Very easy installation. Like the remote and different colors and speed of flame. Have not had a chance to see how well it heats but I like that it does have a heater. Negatives are that it definitely looks like fake flames and the heater was kind of loud when I turned it on briefly.

I think that the heater works great but the faux fireplace looks too fake and it wasn’t what I expected.

Fireplace was a replacement for defective unit. I called on a Monday that original product was not working and they got new one to us on Friday. My wife thinks I am a big shot for getting new one so fast but I knew because I bought it from Wayfair that they would honest their replacement policy. Don’t tell my wife. Look how good product is.

I love this fireplace heater!! It was extremely easy to install, works great and looks fantastic. Love, love, love the color changes and remote control too. I’m going to order another one for my second fireplace.
