Sturdy and stylish. As well as useful.

Unfortunately, this stool did not live up to the expectations we had based on other customer reviews--very flimsy with defective joint attachments--clearly a problem originating in the factory. To their credit, Wayfair handled this fairly and refunded our full purchase price including shipping costs when we informed them of the problem, and rather than making us ship it back to them authorized us to dispose of it directly.

This step stool is ok functionally, but after only a few months and very little use, the red paint is already peeling off and the plastic feet have cracked and come off the back legs. Also, you have to be reeeeally careful that it's fully locked into position or it wobbles and tries to throw you off. I like that it has three steps and the handle to grab onto, but I would not buy another one. Cons: Paint is peeling. Plastic feet break and come off.

I wanted a nice looking ladder for my kitchen...one with out paint or being pulled to other rooms so I can go searching for it. I have some kitchen cabinets that are pretty high and being height challenged I am happy with my purchase. Pros: Color, safety grips, easy to move around Cons: None

It fell apart. The bottom an top step, crazy

The rubber feet on the bottom crack and break when you stand on the ladder.

Love this stool, especially the red color. You have to be sure the top hook is latched before you step on it or it will fold right up! It's pretty light weight and easy to move around.

This is the nicest stool I have seen for the money. The handle is padded and perfect for me (81 years old) when descending the steps. It is also attractive! Pros: Great value.

I ordered this step stool for the extra special features. It had three steps, the steps are really wide for full support, it came in the fire engine red color, and it will hang smoothly on the back of the laundry room door for easy access! Pros: Was delivered in one piece, no fuss, and was exactly what I expected. Cons: NA
