The tiles look great. They're exactly what I expected. However, a few tiles were cracked when I opened the box. I suppose it's to be expected when ordering tiles online. In my case, it was about 10% that were cracked, but I had ordered enough that I got the job done no problem.

These tiles exceeded my expectations they bought the old world charm and character I was looking for… I was only going to do a portion of the backsplash and ended doing it all!! They arrived well packaged they are very heavy so I needed help bringing in the boxes but they are beautiful and passed the spaghetti sauce splash test - they cleaned up easy no stain Would recommend
