I bought this for a 6x10 box trailer and it did not cool it down at all. A fan worked better than this did.

Product is amazing . Works well as I’m a regional truck driver and sometimes instead of idling the truck I like to sleep in peace. This unit works perfect for the sleeper and cools the inside like a charm I recommend to all those who seek to cool a small space and or camp, truck or want to cool small spaces ..

I purchased this with the hopes of being able to camp over the summer in Texas. Unfortunately this ac is not strong enough for the heat here. It blows cool and is easy to use but just not strong enough. The outflow tubing was very difficult to keep attached to the ac as well, though I was able to get that to work. Sometime overnight, it did get cool enough that I was able to put a sheet on. I will also say I am a middle aged woman who runs hot in general so maybe this would work better for others or even better in a smaller tent space.

While it did cool the space (when it would stay turned on) it did not work with the power source I have, unfortunately.

It works. I have a tiny van which is wonderful and easy to keep warm in the winter but is not comfortable in the summer when it is hot and humid. Bought this tiny air conditioner because it has two ports and can dump and draw from outside air. With both it and my small cabin unit, the van stays cool and dry. Nontrivial in the Midwest where it is 90 degrees with tons of humidity.

Will not power on. I can’t say much about it because I have not got the chance to use it. Will be returning it.

The air conditioner came in on time and the box was in good condition. The instructions said to let it set for 24 hours before you plugged it While I wait I decided to read the owner's manual. The manual was shockingly good. It was laid out logically not to in depth, not too brief, and provided all the information I think I could want. Today I plugged it in and nothing is happening. I checked the user manual. It said to check the plug, which I already checked multiple times. Nicely, the manual included customer service phone number in California. I called it up and of course I got a machine, it said they would call me in the next twenty four hours and yeah, we will see. That day Waco, returned, my call communication was easy and Optimistic. The person said they would put it on the fast track and get back to me. That same day, penny, send me an email communicating what had happened and she had a couple of suggestions that might would fix it. I took the suggestions, and indeed it made things right! The air conditioner is fine and a true value. The customer service is extremely helpful and determined to make things right. I WOULD buy it again.
