I have 2 of these, neither of which work. When trying to lock they just make a whirring sound then flash red and the door remains unlocked. Yesterday and today one of the locks would not unlock, I had to use the key. These locks are a waste of money.

I’ve had this lock for 5 years. It’s never given me any issues. I have several codes I’m using. The battery life is at least a year but, then I knew there was a big difference between rechargeable and regular batteries and the power they provide. Do not use rechargeable batteries, plain and simple. It’s not wifi enabled so it only works via Bluetooth when you’re in range. If you don’t understand the technical side of this lock, you may have unrealistic expectations. This lock works as it should and as described.

This lock goes through batteries at a rapid rate. Defeats the purpose of a smart lock if you have to keep changing the batteries because the lock won’t work and you need the key anyway

My Aura lock is 4 years old but the drive function of the lock has stopped working. It catches and errors out. The key works fine but the electric drive does not. Is there a warranty for this product? Replacement or parts?
