I knew this item was only the rail system and hardware and that it did not come with the actual ladder. My issue is with how the listing description was presented. The size ordering was wildly confusing leaving me unsure what size to order. I ultimately interpreted it wrong and now the system is too short to use in my library. The wording needs improvement to understand exactly what size you need to order for your specific space. I could not install it but took photos of the equipment that was included.
