Product is perfect! Great quality for the price, delivered with zero damage

Our grey vanity showed up yesterday...we paid extra for delivery into our home as we needed it upstairs for our master bathroom. Wayfair contracted with a local shipping company, and Luis and Gustavo showed up right on time with our 72" vanity. I had assumed it would come in separate packages between the cabinet base, the granite countertop, and the two sinks...but it all showed up in one giant box...403 lbs! I was shocked that more movers weren't along to help, but Luis and Gustavo said they would try it on their own. They were incredible, using their moving straps to maneuver the 400 lbs (and 72" long) package into the house and up the stairway (that had a 90 degree turn at the landing - see photo of stairs). They were so nice and kind - we helped push up the stairs just a bit, but it was really all on them. Huge shoutout to Luis and Gustavo in Medford, Oregon! Once we unpackaged the vanity, we were impressed that it made it through all that maneuvering without a dent, scratch, or crack. The packaging was amazing. The quality of the vanity looks great - very solid with everything hung straight and all the slow-close doors and drawers working as they should. We still have to tile the floor before it gets moved into our master bath, but we might need to find Luis and Gustavo to come back and help us get it those final 10 feet! Can't wait to get our bathroom done and start using this wonderful piece of furniture.

Nice vanity, major problems with Wayfair delivery. The item is 400 lbs. (clearly stated in the online description). I opted to pay extra for room of choice delivery. I even called the customer service number at Wayfair to confirm that this was an option due to the heavy weight and it would be going to the second floor of my house . They confirmed “no problem”. On delivery day the team of 2 arrived. I showed them where it would go and they said, “sorry your item is too heavy, we can’t carry it upstairs. We have to get a team of three and reschedule.” Inconvenient, but ok. They said they were surprised my item wasn’t assigned to a team of 3 as the weight is clearly printed on the outside of the box. Wayfair rescheduled for the following week and sent a team of three. When they arrived, they said that it was too heavy for them to carry, and they wouldn’t do it. While they were there, I spoke to the Wayfair representative on the phone who said “if the drivers feel it’s too difficult for them to deliver, they can refuse to deliver it.” at that point, she said my only option was to have them deliver into my garage or return it for a refund. I asked if they could separate the countertop from the cabinet and carry it in two pieces as I was certain that that would be much easier to navigate and she said they were not allowed to do that. So after waiting for this delivery for a second time, I had them return the vanity and received a refund. Since I had all of the plumbing roughed in specifically for this vanity, I re-ordered it with ground level delivery and hired my own team separately to carry it upstairs, which they did by carrying it separately as the countertop first and taking the drawers out of the cabinet and carrying the drawers and cabinet separately. The vanity itself is very nice, but I do not recommend having room of choice delivery as Wayfair very much may not honor that. If you order this vanity, you need make your own plan for getting it into the room of your choice.

The pice dropped by $80 a day or two after I ordered and Wayfair refused to credit the difference. Do not buy from this retailer.

Loved the vanity, nice quality overall! Really liked the hardware, subtle veining on quartz counter, and beveled edge sink.

I have looked for a long time for a vanity like this as it has it all and no wasted space. I love the organizer in the drawer and that you can move it if you wish. I also love the 5 drawers. The counter top was also impressive.

Good quality and very very heavy, will need 2-3 people to move it around. Slight veining in the top, good door and drawer construction. Top came unattached but in the same box. Packaged well and comes on a pallet so there is some waste to get rid of. Would buy it again.
