36 inch Bathroom Vanity with Sink, Featuring 2 Soft-Close Doors and 5 Drawers - EPA/UPC Certified

The product came needing total construction. Parts were cracked, requiring glueing and clamping before able to assemble. Doors were scratched/scuffed down in spots. Had to color match paint to cover. Had we not needed something immediately I would have returned.

Very poorly made vanity and this one must have been assembled, disassembled, and then sent to us. The screw holes had already been tampered with, the cabinet doors and drawers were significantly chipped. Wayfair won't consider rectifying the situation since we are beyond the 30 day window- construction projects are often delayed more than a month and here we are. I understand the policy of having a 30 day window yet Wayfair should hold themselves responsible for only selling and shipping items with structural integrity. Incredibly disappointed and will no longer be using Wayfair for my client's home projects.

Sink came cracked in half. Wayfair sent us 2 replacements which were also cracked in half. Ended up requesting a full refund, which took over 2 weeks to process.

Honestly disappointed. I was really excited for this product. I bought it in white, the drawers don’t sit flush after assembly and there was a chip in the frame and the wood split when assembling the drawers. The counter is nice but honestly it’s just very disappointing and makes it looks cheap and feel cheap considering the price. I swapped the hardware partially, and am ordering handles to match in gold.

I ordered this twice and both times it came with the right side panel missing. Very disappointing!
