Nice to have choices in the same box

in a cardboard box and sent it on its merry way. Here’s a firm revi I honestly don’t know how Wayfair allows a company to sell products through their platform and ship merchandise out in this condition. My bathroom towel hardware set arrived today, and this is what I received. ‍♀️ A bunch of metal pieces thrown loose into a cardboard box with absolutely no individual packaging or protection. The metal is scratched, screws are missing, and the entire order looks like it was just tossed in a box and mailed out. These are supposed to be new bathroom fixtures, not pieces somebody collected from the bottom of a toolbox! There was no care taken in packaging, protecting, or even making sure all the necessary hardware was included. Wayfair should be ashamed to let a company represent them with this kind of service. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting new products in good condition, complete with all the necessary parts. That is the bare minimum! This is completely unacceptable, and I certainly would not recommend ordering from this seller based on my experience. Poor packaging, scratched merchandise, missing screws, and absolutely no quality control. Do better, Wayfair!

The only negative I have is that these have am almost coppery color to them, maybe bronze but they are supposed to be brushed gold. They are close enough that I'm not returning to them though.
