Came very well packaged. Sink material is nice and thick has large insulation pad things what ever those spots are called to reduce noise. I just got my kitchen redone. Let me say that I am not a fan of stainless steel or single bowl sinks. I do not use a dishwasher. My kitchen is small and I didn’t use a dishwasher when I had one. I had first ordered a composite granite sink from a local company that was shipped here. After two sinks came chipped, I had had enough. So I ordered this sink. It’s heavy, it’s old school and deep and I like it so far. So, we’ll see how it works. It came with silicone washers, but it leaked, so the guy that did my kitchen had to use plumbers putty instead, because the sink was leaking. It also comes with sink grids and basket strainers.. Love the look and all the accessories that are included in this sink. The quality is good. My only complaint is the fall, or slope of the sink from the left side to the drain is very low. Water drains fine, but if you plan on installing a food disposal, you will need to push any food debris down to the right side. If you use the included rack in the bottom of the sink, that makes it a bit tougher to do, so plan on a powerful faucet sprayer to assist you. Overall I'm satisfied with this sink given the price point. My main reason for upgrading was to accommodate a new single-hole tap, as my old sink had a three-hole configuration. The trade-off is that the stainless steel is noticeably thinner gauge than my previous sink, which has me a little concerned about durability — particularly the potential for denting with regular use.
