It is hard to find a wall fan that has a pull string attached to it. Fan arm has nice feel to it when moving it around. Not sloppy. The only downside is the fan only has two speeds. I wish the fast speed was a little faster but it's not a deal breaker. It's relatively quiet which is a bonus. I had a pre existing switched outlet over the kitchen sink and decided it was time to use it.. . .It helps with the smoke while cooking. It helps with the heat in summer.. Rusty Slade. CA.
