The rope vessel sink in travertine can be used as a drop-in sink or above the counter vessel sink. The top rim has a rope effect enhancing the natural beauty of the sink.

I already wrote this, but guess it didn't complete! I love the sink, although, was a bit disappointed to see a fairly bright spot in the bowl...I have included a picture. The sink is not yet installed, so, hope it works fine. I would have given this a 5 star except for the "flaw" which I hope will not be real noticeable once the sink is in place and the "spot" area is turned toward the front so it isn't as plainly visible (unless you can see it in the mirror above the sink, which I hope is not the case!). You simply cannot get more natural than a stone pedestal sink made of petrified wood. Over thousands of years, the process of fossilization has replaced all the organic materials in the wood with minerals keeping the structure and patterning of the wood but effectively turning it into stone. Petrified wood sinks and pedestal sinks are likely the unique products in their line because no two are alike. The colour, shape, and size vary for every piece. The sinks are carved from a “trunk” of petrified wood. The colour of the sinks can also vary; this is partly due to the original wood and what minerals the wood was surrounded by. However, they will all have a natural wood tone from very light to dark. If your project requires more than one pedestal sink, please note that it may not be possible to find two sinks that will match or even be relatively similar. Overall, the petrified wood pedestal sinks are extraordinary and will be phenomenal conversation pieces because of their history and uniqueness.
