This wasn’t the first time we’ve received damaged furniture, so I wish there was better quality control before shipping. The first tub had a large crack, and we had to go through the hassle of disposing of it ourselves. That part was frustrating. That said, customer service was responsive and sent a replacement quickly. The second one arrived in good condition, and the tub itself is just what we needed. It’s acrylic, so it feels a bit lightweight or cheap at first, but it looks nice and fits perfectly in our small bathroom. I’m 5’4” and 130 pounds, and I find it comfortable to sit in. I will write an addendum once we install this tub, however, it arrived intact and well packaged. This is exactly what I need for our space with the drain at the left end. The tub can be turned to accommodate either side. The tricky part is finding the wall faucet with a spout that is longer, to clear the edge of the tub, which is at an angle.. Teresa.
