Amear Solid Wood Foundation Bed with Matching Footboard

The headboard and footboard had multiple cosmetic defects. The headboard also had a small crack.

This is how I received my order. I tried several ways to get a refund response, but they didn’t give me any options — they just closed my request and that was it. I don’t recommend buying from her.

Item as described nice purchase for the price, however did come damaged with side rail being scratched in several places..replacement part sent and once again came damaged. Issue was resolved quickly with them wanting to send another replacement part however I refused and asked for a 25% refund of pricing paid. Was granted and they issued refund.

Came broken with peeling paint. Wayfair sent replacement but that came broken too. Had to repackage and send back. Such a hassle!

Just opened the box for the Amear Solid Wood Foundation Bed with matching FootBoard and found significant damage to the both the headboard and footboard. Was NO apparent turmoil to the box containing the bed, so can only surmise that damaged product was boxed then shipped in this condition???? Please send me a replacement headboard and footboard or refund. We have just spent a few $K's at Warfair the last few months and would continue to do so.
