Very difficult to install, have to have extra pieces. Instructions not clear. Defective faucet, tightened to backward position.

It came in two boxes. No damage at all. We are excited to put it up and use it with our claw bath tub

I thought this came with the faucet and handles for the shower rod to connect to but it did not.

solid piece, the faucet set is very classy

When the original faucet on my old claw foot tub started leaking, I spent a LONG time looking for a replacement that wouldn't break the bank. I finally ordered this one, and I'm very happy with it so far. I got the polished chrome finish, and just grabbed a shower head with the same finish at my local hardware store. It works fine, and it's been over a year, now. I had a plumber come and install it, so I can't comment on how easy it was, but it didn't take them much time at all. I'm just happy to have a functioning tub faucet and shower diverter again!
