As a product itself, I actually have no complaints. Looks great, pushes “a lot” of air and has a neat way of dealing with grease. My main complaint is that after nearly 4 months, we still don’t have one to mount as we have now had 3 sent to us all damaged. Spoke with Cyclone directly and they are going to help get one to us undamaged. It appears it may be having to do with Wayfair’s courier of choice.

This was an easy fan to install. All the hardware that came with it was sufficient. So far the best fan I’ve ever had as far as suction goes, even with heavy oil vapoursmoke. For the price of the unit, the noise level isn’t too bad either.

Features

Besides checking the product measurements, you should also:
Check your venting capabilities; Check if your home has installed ductwork. If it does, or you plan on getting it installed, you should look for a ducted (vented) or convertible range hood. If your home does not have installed ductwork, you should choose a ductless (non-vented) or convertible range hood.
Measure Your Space: First, measure the width of your cooking surface from one side of the cooktop to the other. Next, measure the width of the area between cabinets where your range hood will live (if applicable). Then, measure the space between the cooking surface and cabinets or ceiling above. There should be anywhere from 24 to 36 inches between the bottom of the range hood and the cooktop surface. Finally, measure the depth from front to back of the cooking surface.
