Heiki Loft Bed with Desk, Storage Stairs, Shelves, Cabinet, and Drawers

I wanted to love this bed because it’s just what my daughter wanted. But the quality is so low that it doesn’t seem safe to use. Followed assembly instructions very thoroughly. But the bed isn’t stable. First of all, support legs holding up the entire bed should be continuous. I have no idea why they felt the need to have them split and stacked. But I completed assembly and my daughter used the bed for 3 days before partially falling through one of the steps and almost completely falling off the stairs. Hard to tell from these pictures but the step sunk down about 2” while she was standing on it. Screws pulled out from the cheap material. I can’t let her use this bed as I’m worried that she’s not safe. Very disappointing.

This bedroom set came damaged and with missing parts I went on a conversation with them and I got told a replacement for the missing part was shipped and that was it there was no discount for the damaged parts etc this is ridiculous please make sure u look at reviews before you purchase I will never recommend

We got 2 of these beds, and they fit so nicely in the kids room. They’re separated by having their own space, yet are close enough to talk to one another in bed before sleep. They’re drawers in the steps is such a space saver.

Love the item in concept, my weight year old adores if but it was a hard build which wasn't helped by a couple of missing parts and a dowl that broke, i ended up reinforcing the support legs to ensure safety, quality was mediocre in places

Really flimsy and bad quality. Scared bed won’t be able to carry weight of kid less than 10 years old. Door to cupboard broke within 10 days. Wish I could return and get my money back. Terrible quality. Really hard to put together.
