I love this chandelier! Assembly wasn’t too hard. Instructions were clear and the final look is beautiful. The only negative I have is that some of the crystals lean, probably something off in the setting.

Upon opening the package, I discovered that virtually every crystal component had chips, cracks, or visible damage. While the exterior shipping box appeared to be in acceptable condition, the internal packaging was completely inadequate. The crystals were poorly protected, allowing them to move during transit and damage one another. It is clear that the item was not packaged properly to withstand normal shipping conditions. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the damage was only discovered after carefully unpacking the fixture. From the outside, everything looked fine, which initially gave me confidence that the product had arrived safely. Unfortunately, once the protective materials were removed, the true condition of the chandelier became apparent. The amount of damage is unacceptable for a premium decorative fixture.

beautiful chandelier, easy to assemble! love it! Dont second guess yourself, just buy it! !
