I like the item except that it does not come with the screws. I emailed customer support and they agreed to send me another item but still there were no screws that came with the item which is very unusual. I had to purchase screws on my own so I can install the item.

This came quickly I was very happy with the quality. Classic, clean, durable. Looks great mounted on the side of our house.

Sturdy, attractive and does the job! Very easy to install, simple but effective and strong design. No regrets!

Solid construction, heavy and well made. Nice modern design.

We love this hose reel. We bought a 100-foot lightweight, flexible hose, and many other hose reels looked like they might damage the hose over time. This one is perfect. We are ordering another for the other side of the house.
