Kingston Brass DTM32243CP Palatine 24-Inch X 32-Inch Wall Mount Towel Rack, Polished Chrome DTM32303CP

The towel rack comes with 8 screws and anchors, and the screws did not fit into the anchors. I discovered this after I had already drilled and hammered an anchor into the wall. I had to go to a nearby hardware store to get a new set of screws and anchors. I’m almost convinced either the wrong screws or anchors were included. It came with ok instructions, but it should have also came with a cutout sheet that will let you trace where the screws holes should go. For +$320 both of these disappointments should not have occurred, especially since Kingston lists the MSRP as +$500. If you have little to no experience with hanging up hardware on a wall, just know you’ll need patience, a couple of hours, and you may possibly have to go to the hardware store. When I finally got it hung up, I was happy to see that it looks just as pictured. I’m just frustrated with paying so much for such a hassle when other towel racks by luxury brands go for 3-5 times less. (My gripe is 100% with Kingston and not Wayfair)

Simple, elegant, and very well made.

Gorgeous and incredibly sturdy. You can tell this is a high quality piece. I haven’t installed it yet so can’t speak to the complete finished product, but assembly of all the pieces was easy and I inspected the wall mounts and can’t see any obvious issues. Its very heavy, so I will be getting it professionally installed. Measurements listed were accurate. I love the polished chrome finish because it looks like one of those towel warmers you see in fancy heritage hotels in the UK.

we paired this with our kingston brass chrome console sink and the finish is so high end. we are so very pleased.
