Fantastic lights, look even better in person! Height is adjustable

I love this pendant but the metal rod has slid off of the ceiling attachment. I have tried threading the rod back to the ceiling mount, but it continues to slide down and now the wiring is exposed.

Customer service representative was helpful and attentive, and addressed my needs appropriately. Appreciated the assistance.

Beautiful and fills our space perfectly!

i put it in my powder room and it looks nice. A little bit too big though looks bigger in real life than picture
