Update: While the hot tub itself works great, I didn’t realize how scratchy the rotomold would be. It arrived scratchy and every little bit of dirt sticks to it. It’s so scratchy it feels like sandpaper and leaves friction burns on my skin. It is not a calcium buildup, as it has been this way since it arrived. I’m not really sure what to do at this point. I feel like I need to buff it or something, but that means I have to drain in it and do a lot more work, when the whole point was for it to be plug and play. I’m quite frustrated. We love our new hot tub so much!!!! It truly is plug-and—play! We’ve already had our friends over to relax with us and despite it being 115v we all were surprised at how hot it stayed, even with 4 people in it and the jets going. I can’t wait to get all the little details I need to be able to create a whole backyard oasis!

Absolutely love this hot tub! It was easy to set up, heats up well, and is the perfect size. The jets are relaxing, and it has already become our favorite way to unwind after a long day. The quality exceeded my expectations, and it looks great too. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great hot tub!

Took forever to get it, but it’s very nice! We love it!

Been great so far. Easy to set up truly just plug-in play. Kids love the color, changing light and waterfall. we have gotten it up to 106°.

2 years in and still looks amazing. I would 100 recommend. There were couple color options available i got some version of whiteice. It is not a “smooth” type of a plastic surface and gets dirty
