Beautiful headboard and we love it in our master bedroom. Perfect addition to our home.

I been ordering from your website for years but unfortunately I always received items broken in the boxes. Your shipping and delivery services are terrible with wood furnitures . The Only items that doesn’t get damaged is steel metals. Have to call your customer service for replacement. Very frustrating.

1st delivery the headboard was cracked through. I was told to pack it up and bring to FedEx to return. I told them I couldn't handle that and it should not be my responsibility to have to hassle with a return. Finally received an agreement and 1st headboard will be picked up next Tuesday. Received the replacement headboard today, and it is also damaged! And in the same spot, but not as bad as the first one. When trying to return online, you don't get the option to return due to damage. You can select, "not what I expected" and your option is a 15% discount if I decided to keep it OR I return and pay for return shipping. I called Wayfair, and they got in touch with the Manufacturer, I will need to wait 24-48 hours for a response. Wayfair did give me a discount on further orders because of the hassle. To be continued...

Love it! Easy to assemble! Looks great in the room!

Good and solid addition to the bed
