Based on price we paid this fireplace is excellent. If you are expecting realistic this isn't the unit for you however it is quality. Our contractor had no issues installing. The crystals kept falling out so that was a humorous challenge. Remote allows change of color and temp.

Love it.. I know some reviews do not like the fake flame but it’s not supposed to mimic a real flame. It’s a modern version. Colour options are great and optional heat is great as well.

Money well spent! Realistic looking flames with a ton of flame and colour customization. It does not look cheap and looks great on our wall. Highly recommend.

Arrived inside my condo with additional 10 charge which was great. Looks great when turned on. However I don’t like the look of the fake wood when it’s turned off. I prefer to keep the crystal look only so my contractor said he can remove the wood.
